Buying and Selling can be daunting experience. MMG strives to make this process as painless as possible when it comes to preparing the State required Resale Package. Below is our ordering link which requests pertinent information to prepare your resale package. Your package will contain a Certificate with all State required information about the home you are selling and your community as well as a package of the full governing documents for your community both hard copy and on CD Rom.

Please be advised that resale packages which are not expedited are completed 20 business days from completed ordering, including payment receipt. Please note the following expedited options available.

Standard Processing Resale Package Cost: $250.00

14 days delivery- additional $50.00 expedited fee

7 days delivery OR 3 days picked up from our office- additional $100.00 expedited fee

To have a Finance community questionnaire completed, please forward a copy of the questionnaire to [email protected] or fax to 866-736-1926.

Please be sure to include the community name, and address of the home for which the form is being completed, in order for efficient processing.

Questionnaires have a cost of $150.00 up to 5 pages. Additional pages and requests for additional documents may carry a surcharge based on the complexity of the questionnaire.

Once payment is confirmed, our goal for turnaround time for completed questionnaires is 2 Business Days, however, it may take longer due to the length of the questionnaire, questions posed or other items which may require further research.
